What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum quantity for most personalized products is 50 pieces. Smaller quantities are also possible - for this we recommend partners where you can implement the personalization directly.

How long does production take?
It depends on your order:
- Stock items such as bottles or outerwear: approx. 2-4 weeks
- Special productions from 250 pieces directly from the supplier: approx. 2-4 months
If it needs to be quicker, we can usually find a flexible solution - just get in touch with us.

Can the delivery time be shortened?
Yes, through express transportation. However, these are associated with additional costs.

Can I see a sample or proof before production?
Of course - we will be happy to send you a sample or digital preview.

What personalizations are possible?
We offer engraving (e.g. for bottles) and printing (e.g. for T-shirts). Logos, names or other designs can be implemented.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Switzerland and the whole of Europe.

Can you ship to multiple addresses (e.g. directly to employees or partners)?
Yes, this is possible. Please note that this will incur additional costs.

What are the delivery times for Switzerland and Europe?
After production/personalization, shipping usually takes place within 3-5 working days.

How sustainable is your shipping?
In Switzerland (Swiss Post) and Germany (DHL GoGreen) we ship climate neutrally. For direct deliveries from production (e.g. Portugal), we use standard transportation by truck.

Why do the prices vary?
The costs depend on the effort involved, e.g. for complex logos, special personalizations or multiple delivery addresses.

What are the minimum quantity discounts?
From 50 pieces. Discounts are possible for smaller quantities depending on the product and if you do the personalization yourself.

What payment options are available?
You will receive an invoice from us.

Where are the products made?
We produce our textiles and accessories in Europe, many of them even in Switzerland. The only exception: our stainless steel bottles - they are produced in a certified, fair factory in China.

What materials do you use?
- Outerwear: often GOTS-certified organic cotton
- Circular products: naNea (from OceanSafe)
- Accessories & bottles: various sustainable materials depending on the product

What makes your products sustainable?
We focus on fair production in Europe, durable materials and certified quality. We also plant a Tree for every product and are working step by step towards a completely circular range.

Do you also plant a Tree per product for company orders?
Yes - every order counts. One Tree is planted per product.

What does "100% circular by 2030" mean?
Our aim is for all products to remain in the cycle: Return, recycle and reuse. We already have our first circular products today, such as our Circular TreeShirts and TreeHoodies. By 2030, we want our entire range to be circular - products that are not only recyclable but, in the worst case, can also decompose harmlessly in nature.

Are there sample boxes or product catalogs?
Yes - you can request these by e-mail: bnikinn.ch.

Can you also offer individual product developments?
Yes, from a certain quantity we develop individual solutions together with you.

Can different items be combined in gift boxes?
Yes, of course - we put together boxes according to your wishes.

Which products are particularly suitable as corporate clothing or customer gifts?
For gifts, size-independent items such as bottles, beanies or mugs are very popular. Corporate clothing such as T-shirts and hoodies are also in demand - but here we need a size list.

How does the consultation process work?
Send us your inquiry and we will usually get back to you within 1-3 days. You can also visit us in our flagship store in Aarau or receive samples by post.

Who are your reference customers?
Mobiliar, Energy Switzerland and many other companies already rely on us.

What happens if products don't fit or are faulty?
We will of course take back faulty products and refund you the amount.
