Our internal customer service in Lenzburg always has an open ear for your concerns and takes care of them as quickly as possible. Team leader Sophie and her team answer all customer concerns personally by phone, WhatsApp or email. We are particularly busy around Christmas time, because that's when a lot of people order and have questions about our products. During this time, it can take our team up to 48 hours to respond. Normally, however, you will hear from us within a day.
