Here's how it works:

If you do not yet have a NIKIN account, register with the e-mail address you used to place your order and log in at nikin.ch/login login.

When you are logged in, you will see your orders. Click on the one you want to return.

Now you can click on the 'to return' button and select the products you wish to return.

As soon as you have registered your return, you will receive an e-mail with the details of where to send your parcel.

Have your order number and the email you used to create the order ready. You can find them in your account(click here) or in the order confirmation email.

Visit our Return Portal and enter your order number and e-mail.

Simply follow the steps in the portal and you will receive instructions for returning the products directly to your e-mail address.
