Hello everyone, my name is Inti Pestoni, I'm 33 years old and I'm a professional ice hockey player from Ambri.
What does NIKIN mean to you personally?
NIKIN For me, means quality, respect for nature and sustainability - essential characteristics for a brand that moves with the times.
Which NIKIN product is your favorite and why?
The hoodie is my favorite. I use it every day and am very happy with the workmanship, plus it's very versatile and has a casual cut, so I can wear it in my free time too.
Why a NIKIN Ambassador?
For one simple reason: the future. In particular, the future I want for my children, i.e. a future in which a fashion brand does not exclude environmental sustainability, but supports it.
What does it mean to you personally to be a NIKIN Ambassador?
Nikin-Being an ambassador is a personal and professional satisfaction for me. I like the idea of making the public aware of comfortable and beautiful products that enable reforestation at the same time. I hope that I can positively influence others in this way.
What does sustainability mean to you and how do you live it in your everyday life?
In my personal life, I try to be sustainable by reducing my environmental impact through simple things like separate waste collection, eating locally sourced food, minimizing car use and consciously choosing products that care about the environment, such as Nikin.
What should our community know about you?
I want people to know that besides the hockey player, there is also a person who cares about the world we leave for future generations. I hope that I become as well known for my sustainable decisions as I am for my puck shots.

We are Gian Andri Janett and Mauro Caflisch. We are both 27 years old and come from Graubünden. We went to high school together in the Engadin and then studied sport together in Bern, where our joint project "GiaM" - formerly "Musik am Montag" - was born.

The TreeFleece, Teddy Jacket. Because it reminds us of grandmother's fiber fleece from the past, just not so ruffly. ;)

We are delighted to now be official NIKIN ambassadors! 🌲 It's the first time we've both been in this position and we're looking forward to sharing the sustainable values of NIKIN with you and making a contribution to the environment together! 🌿
What does sustainability mean to you and how do you live it in your everyday life?
Sustainability is an important aspect of our lives that we try to live as well as we can. Sourcing clothes from NIKIN is one way of doing this. Another is the Bündner Hochjagd, where Gian Andri provides us with our annual meat requirements himself, which greatly reduces our meat consumption at Migros, Coop and Co.
What should our community know about you?
It's not just the music and the fact that we finished school together that connects us. We also live together and share hobbies. And because that's not enough, we also like to go on vacation together. So if someone only wants to contact one of us and can't reach him, it's best to try the other one as well. There's always a good chance that we're in the same place anyway ;)

NIKIN For me, means sustainability, closeness to nature and conscious consumption. I was lucky enough to work at NIKIN myself and was able to experience the brand's values first-hand.

For me, sustainability is a way of life. I've been vegan for five years, travel within Europe mostly by train and make sure I'm conscious about my consumption - less is sometimes more.

If I had to choose ONE item of clothing, it would have to be the TreeHoodie Nikin in bordeaux. But what I like about Nikin is that there are cool products right across the range, like the socks or the new TreePlanter overshirt.

Because it's important to me that I can fully stand behind a brand (quality, country of manufacture, sustainability) and that I like the products. I can definitely confirm this with Nikin .

What does sustainability mean to you and how do you live it in your everyday life?
When I go shopping, I make sure I buy Swiss products. I only buy vegetables and meat from Swiss producers, if possible from the region. For products that are not available as Swiss products, I look for countries of production with the shortest possible transportation routes.

My name is Anaëlle Pattusch, I am 21 years old and an ocean racing skipper on a Figaro 3. I come from Geneva, grew up on Lake Geneva and have always spent my vacations on the family boat. Besides sailing, I'm a big fan of sports in general and outdoor activities. I love skiing, cycling and diving. I am always very enthusiastic when it comes to surpassing myself and discovering new things.

Proof of this is that even at a young age, I was often so excited to sail into a new port and discover a new place that I didn't want to wait until the ship docked. I often tried to jump on the jetty early to go exploring. Unfortunately, that didn't always work out well... I often ended up in the water between the jetty and the boat!

For me, NIKIN is a unique Swiss brand that inspires people to take action for the environment. I believe that many people want to do something for sustainability, but often don't know where to start. With NIKIN we have a concrete way to participate in this change. By purchasing an item, you can reconnect with nature and contribute to reforestation.

I personally love the Treeanie collection. They are comfortable, warm and very beautiful at the same time! Ideal for cold nights at sea too!

What does sustainability mean to you and how do you live it in your everyday life?
As a sailor, sustainability is at the heart of what I do. The oceans are our playing field and we need to look after and protect them. There are many initiatives to collect plastic from beaches, recycle sails and raise public awareness through our sailboats. A collaboration with NIKIN is a perfect fit, because the oceans and trees are the true "lungs of the earth".

As an ocean sailor, I promote values such as determination, commitment, self-conquest, mutual support and sustainability. My philosophy of life is based on respect for nature and the promotion of measures to protect it.

My name is Joël Portner, I'm 24 years old and I'm an orthopaedic technician by profession. My hobbies include freeriding, ski touring, kitesurfing, road biking, running and calisthenics!
