naNea®: The innovation for a genuine circular economy
Our circular products are made from naNea®, an innovative and fully circular material specially developed for the biological cycle. The Swiss innovation from Manuel Schweizer and OceanSafe is the world's first synthetic fiber to be awarded the Cradle to Cradle Certified® Gold standard. The special thing about naNea® is that it can be recycled repeatedly without losing any of its quality. If the material does end up in the environment, it biodegrades - without any harmful microparticles or toxic residues. This means that naNea® meets the highest environmental standards and makes an active contribution to reducing textile waste and promoting a sustainable circular economy.
NOOSA®: A fiber that stays in the cycle and leaves no waste behind
NOOSA® is a bio-based fiber made from polylactide (PLA), obtained from corn starch - or more precisely from sugar production residues. Developed by a Belgian start-up, NOOSA® is based on a renewable raw material that does not compete with food production. The special feature is the company's proprietary NOOCYCLE® technology, which allows products made from NOOSA® to be recycled completely and indefinitely. The fiber thus remains in the cycle - without any waste. NOOSA® is also ideal for clothing that is worn directly on the skin, such as socks: it is breathable, hypoallergenic, odor-inhibiting and inhibits the growth of bacteria, perfect for everyday use and in line with our vision of true circularity.
