Orders are sent to our logistics department as soon as we receive them. They race to get your package ready for dispatch as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it is impossible to hold up the order process.

For various reasons, it can happen that certain products are temporarily not (yet) in stock. However, you can reserve and pre-order the desired product with a pre-order. We will then send you your order as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. If you order within Switzerland, shipping costs 4.90 (Standard) or 7.90 (Fast). The delivery time is two to five working days, depending on the choice of A- or B - Post.
Log in to your account at nikin.ch and check the order status. If you have already done so, check the email with which you created your account at NIKIN . We will inform you of any delays in dispatch by e-mail. If you do not find anything there, please contact our customer service.
You can choose between the shipping options Standard (B-Post) for CHF 4.90 or Fast (A-Post) for CHF 7.90. The delivery time for Standard is between 4 and 5 working days, for Fast it is between 2 - 3 working days.
No, this is not possible at the moment. However, we are examining the option in detail.

Returns & Returns

Unfortunately, you can't exchange an item directly, but you can return it and place a new order straight away. This way, we can ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Yes, we do not cover the costs for returns. These must be borne by you.

TreeBottle, TreeBottle Glass, TreeMug, TreeSocks, TreeMask, TreeNeckwarmer and TreeBoxers we are not allowed to take back for hygienic reasons. Treekinis only if they still meet the hygiene standard and the protective film is still present.
In addition, TreePlanting Kits cannot be returned either. Thank you for your understanding 😊
Payment & Refund
You can pay with TWINT, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, instant payment, postcard, PostFinance e-finance or invoice by PowerPay.
Yes, up to an amount of CHF 950. It may be that this invoice type is blocked for you.
There can be different reasons for a rejection.
Here are a few examples:
- You are not yet of age.
- Your place of residence is not in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.
- POWERPAY cannot find you at the address you gave.
- Your personal POWERPAY account limit available at this time is not sufficient.
- You are in arrears with POWERPAY, etc.
If you would like information about the rejection, please fill out the following online form. Processing takes two working days. For data protection reasons,no information can be provided by telephone. POWERPAY is a Swiss payment processor specialising in invoicing. We choose our external partners with care and are convinced that you will be satisfied with PowerPay.
If you have selected purchase on account (POWERPAY) during the order process, you will receive an invoice from our partner by e-mail. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you entered when creating your account on the NIKIN website.
Thus, the reminder is not next to be observed by you and has crossed with your receipt of payment.
Returns can take up to one month to process. We will inform you as soon as your return has been processed.
We will send the refund to the account/payment method you used to pay for the order. Make sure you have registered your return here.
Simply go to our website nikin.ch and click on Account in the top right-hand corner. Now you can easily and quickly create an account or log in to an existing one. If you create a new account, make sure that you confirm the account. To do this, go to the mail inbox of the email address you used to create the account. You should have received a confirmation email from us shortly after creating your account. Open it and confirm your new account. This completes the process.
You have access to a faster ordering process and don't always have to enter your data again. You can also view old and new orders and monitor order status.

Simply go to nikin.ch and click in the Search box at the top right. Enter Gift Card and select the item and then the value you want the Gift Card to have. Then proceed as you would for a traditional purchase at NIKIN. As we are a paper-free company, you will receive the gift card by mail.to the gift cards
First place your items add to cart. Then go to add to cart, accept the terms and conditions and click on "Place order". Now you can enter the code of your gift card on the right side.
The gift card is valid indefinitely and has no expiry date.
As gift cards are considered a form of payment, we cannot exchange them.
Yes, the amount on your gift card is the same for us as any other means of payment, so one does not exclude the other.

No, you can only redeem one discount code at a time.
Either the discount code has expired or there is a spelling mistake. Please check your discount code again. If it still doesn't work, contact customer service before your keyboard is killed.

Not all materials are equally suitable for every product. That is why it always depends on the article and its use which fabrics and materials are used. For each item in the shop, you will find a size guide in the product description. You can use this to make sure that the item fits you.
Click on the desired size and colour in the shop and enter "notify me when available". As soon as the item is available at available again , you will receive a message by e-mail.
With an engraving, you can give your TreeBottle Standard 500ml your own personal touch. This is possible in two font sizes and with a selection of special characters in addition to the German alphabet. We do not offer the colours navy and rose because the quality of the engraving does not meet our requirements.
Care tips & hints
Please follow the instructions that you find in the description of the items in the shop on nikin.ch and follow the washing label that is attached to the inside of your item.
This varies from product to product. Please refer to the washing label on the inside of your item.
The TreeBottle and TreeBottle Barrel are not dishwasher safe. The TreeBottle Glass, however, can be washed in the dishwasher without the lid.
We recommend washing the TreeShoes by hand with a wet rag if there are any stains on the shoe.

Apart from the TreeGlasses Case Upcycled, TreePlanting Kit and TreeSticker Set, we plant a tree for every product sold.
The tree certificate confirms that you are planting a tree with your purchase. You can indicate whether you want one or not during the ordering process. Of course, we will also plant the tree if you don't want a certificate.

Yes, we are GOTS certified. The abbreviation stands for the Global Organic textile Standard. The certification applies worldwide to the standards applied in the processing of textiles made from organically produced natural fibres. You can find out more here.
