Are you ready to answer the call of the forest and experience an autumnal adventure in nature? Together with the Bern State Forestry Office, we invite you to get up close and personal with the forest. From yoga to parkour - choose from four exciting workshops.

1st WaldBau with Moreno, Jasmin and Hanspeter

Shape the forest of tomorrow
Gain an insight into the supreme discipline of forestry and learn how the forest of tomorrow is created. Experience how every decision made today shapes the forest for generations to come. In this workshop, you will feel like a real forester and discover which factors are crucial to creating a sustainable forest ecosystem.

2nd YogaWalk - A benefit for body, mind and soul

Breathe in the forest
Go on a sensory journey through the forest with Conny from Manipura Yoga (manipura-yoga.ch). Feel the fresh air, listen to the natural sounds and perceive the presence of the forest. Learn how the combination of yoga and nature can calm your mind and sharpen your senses. Your breathing will become calmer and you will feel the grounding relaxation of nature.

3. parkour in the forest

Your adventure playground is nature
Back to the roots: Originating in forests and from the Méthode Naturelle, parkour has increasingly shifted to the urban jungle in recent decades, but its origins lie in nature with sticks and stones. In this workshop, you will experience parkour in its most natural form. Overcome obstacles, balance on branches and feel the freedom that nature has to offer. Find your limits and expand them!

4. experience the forest - adventures for young and old

A playing field of possibilities
Our forest offers a wide range of opportunities. From an experiential education perspective, these activities are basically always about some form of personal growth. This sometimes requires a small (voluntary) step out of your comfort zone. In this workshop, you are in the right hands to discover the forest playground.
