F&M produces the TreeShoe Slip On for us in Portugal. They have 51 employees and have been producing various footwear products for 26 years. When choosing their raw material suppliers, they rely on long-term partnerships and companies they trust. Like many of our other manufacturers, they also rely on solar power, but they also use normal electricity from the public grid. They separate waste and try to produce as little material waste as possible through mechanical optimization. Employees receive further training and other training requests are also supported whenever possible.
