Together with over 30 partners we are collecting donations this month for forest protectioninstead of offering discounts. Find out in the blog, how you can support the campaign!
On Friday, November 26 the Black Friday takes place. Already since 2018 NIKIN on this day the Green Friday: pper solds product two trees are planted, instead of one Tree. We are also launching this year additionally the Green November: togetherTogether with over 30 partners we collect during thet month Novembermoney, to to support forest conservation projects in Switzerland and Germany. The aim of both campaigns is to set an example for more conscious consumption. With Green November, we also hope to inspire other companies from different sectors.
How the NIKIN Green November works
Together with our partners we offer no discounts, but donate a part of our turnover during Green November.NIKIN itself donates per order this month one franc or euro. Ourpartners either donate a fixed amount or collect per selected selected unit. In Switzerland, the entire sum goes to Bergwaldprojekt and in Germany to TreePlantingProjects.
Green November supports forest conservation projects
Mountain Forest Projectis a charitable foundation from Trin in the canton of Graubünden. The foundation has been committed to the preservation, maintenance and protection of the forest since 1987. The agencyTreePlantingProjectfrom Germany consists of a 15-strong team and a volunteer community. Thanks to donations, they lease forest on private property for 7 years and establish a climate-resistant mixed forest.

You can see how much has already been donated in the live ticker here. Over 30 companies are already involved as partners, including Baloise, Viu, kln.swiss, Elphbo and Releaf. You can also support the campaign by making conscious purchases and finding out about the reasons for discounts at your favorite brands.
