On Friday, November 26, the again the Black Friday takes place. Already since 2018 NIKIN on this day the Green Friday: pro solds product two trees are planted, instead of one Tree. We are also launching this year additionally Green November: together withogether with over 30 partners we collect duringthe month Novembermoney to support forest protection projects in Switzerland and Germany. The aim of both campaigns is to set an example for more conscious consumption. With Green November, we also hope to inspire other companies from different industries.
How the NIKIN Green November works
Together with our partners we do not offer do not offer discounts, but donate a part of our turnover during the Green November.NIKIN itself donates per order this month one franc or Euro. Ourpartners either donate a fixed amount or collect per selected unit. In Switzerland, the total amount goes to Bergwaldprojekt and in Germany to TreePlantingProjects.
Green November supports forest conservation projects
Mountain Forest Projectis a non-profit foundation from Trin in the canton of Graubünden. Since 1987, the foundation has been committed to the preservation, maintenance and protection of the forest. The agencyTreePlantingProjectfrom Germany consists of a 15-member team and a volunteer community. Thanks to donations, they each lease forest on private property for 7 years and establish a climate-resistant mixed forest.

You can see how much has already been donated in the live ticker here. Currently, more than 30 companies are involved as partners, including Baloise, Viu, kln.swiss, Elphbo and Releaf. You too can support the campaign by shopping consciously and finding out why your favourite brands are offering discounts.
